On May 14, 2025, a team from H3C Group visited Trixon to conduct a manufacturing process audit. The H3C team included personnel from quality, R&D, and other relevant positions, while the Trixon team comprised members from multiple departments, including the General Manager, Deputy Operations Director, Quality Department Manager, Production Supervisor, etc. The audit focused on the design and manufacturing of optical modules, covering multiple key aspects.
The on-site audit involved TOSA/ROSA devices, module-level assembly and testing lines, COB devices, warehouse and IQC (Incoming Quality Control), reliability laboratories, etc. During the warehouse audit, the management processes for material tracking and product inventory were inspected, while the collaboration efficiency and automation level of production lines were evaluated through the audit of module assembly and testing processes.
Through this activity, both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges, laying the foundation for potential future cooperation. The collaboration aims to enhance the intelligence and efficiency of optical module production, promoting the optimization and coordination of all manufacturing process links.
